Pickle Tits
Fermentation offers not only flavor and digestive benefits, but also an ambiguous lens through which to understand the decay of our current social contract: it is simultaneously destruction (decay), activation (probiotics), and transmogrification (a cucumber into a pickle). Here, milk ceases to symbolize care and instead sours into kefir tits.
