Accommodation
Each residency includes on-site accommodation in the brand new artist pavilion that will be inaugurated in the spring of 2026. This circular artist pavilion is located at the rear of our site and is surrounded by trees and low vegetation.
The fully equipped artist pavilion includes a communal kitchen, a multipurpose seating area and a laundry room, as well as 9 modern mini-apartments of about 24 m² each. Each unit offers:
- Private bathroom with shower
- A living space consisting of a seating area and a sleeping area (max. 3 persons)
- A kitchenette with a small fridge, kettle and coffee machine
Most units are equipped with three single beds, so that your partner, children, an assistant or acquaintances can also stay overnight. Keep in mind that the three beds and the sitting area make up a single living space.
One unit is located on the ground floor and is accessible to residents with disabilities. The other units are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and are only accessible by stairs.
The communal kitchen and multipurpose seating area are located on the ground floor and connect to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with ovens, electric hobs and fridges, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils. The laundry room includes both a washing machine and a drying machine.
