Le Livre de Go is the second part of a diptych addressing the theoretical questions of the Jan Van Eyck Go Club, a temporary public art project founded in 2012 at the Jan Van Eyck Academie, taking the Chinese board game Go as its point of departure.
This volume brings together four conversations conducted by Christophe Lemaitre with philosophers Colas Duflo and Kendall Walton, biologist Olivier Cochet, and artist Aurélien Mole. The book was produced during a residency in 2015 at the Frans Masereel Centre, with design by Spassky Fischer.
