During RHIZOMA, MASEREEL is organising a creative workshop for adults inspired by Amalia Ulman’s calendar, reissued especially for RHIZOMA and on sale in the bookshop.
In her work, Amalia Ulman weaves fascinating stories that expose the tensions between global influences, public images and personal desires. With a mix of irony, theatre and a hefty dose of empathy, she explores the commercialisation of the self in the digital age and the modern search for identity.
In the workshop, you will design your own calendar using screen printing. The workshop offers not only creative inspiration but also an entry ticket to the walk you can take on the same day. And on top of that, a delicious lunch with soup will be served during the break.
Participation is by registration given the limited number of places.
